Yes I do. Hadn't thought about it like that.

I have made a couple of these now, and I have to say the fermentification in kettle (FIK) is so much easier that lugging 25L ferments or crates about.

I would also say they are better and more versatile than a fermentation fridge.

Had a tester last night.. Very good.

I have noticed the beer cleared REALLY quickly.

What is not to like about fermenting in the kettle.

I am sold.
