Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

If it’s broken, it might be my fault, is my responsibility and there is even a slight chance I can fix it 😳

Hello all and apologies for not responding sooner than I have. I have made AG and wine in the past but fancied ago at this after getting a taste of what a guy at work churns out.

I have bought a Spiritworks boiler and built my own reflux column with some ferrules to so I can use it as a pot still also. I also now built a PID controlled fermenter from a keg and the bits I had lying around. I'll upload photos later, and plan on doing my first run this weekend.

Regards
Landy
