Alpha Amylase

Hi All

Where are you guys getting your Amylase from? it seems to have gone scarce and none of my suppliers have it in stock. I like to use some in my All Grain mash just to ensure ive converted everything.

Thanks for that, I dont use much and have been buying Ritchie Amylase 25g tub for £2.25 but its been soldout everywhere for months. Ill have a look at ebay

I gotta ask what you are using it for?

Malted barley does everything I need.

Not done it for years, but Amylase in quantity, was only available cheaply from the US.
Alpha and Beta.
Sometimes via the bay.
