Kid Creole

Post by Moss »

Fell upon this on FaceTube and thought it looked interesting.

Has anyone tried something simular?

COCO-WASH EXPERIMENT.

Tried an experimental wash using coconut water instead of normal water.

Smells a bit strange but have taken the first 75ml out (15L wash) and I can’t find the words explain the aroma coming off of this - wow πŸ™

β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”-
Ingredients used :

*4.5kg white sugar (melted in about 2L of boiling water)

*45g yeast (bread yeast yeah I know πŸ€¦β€β™‚οΈ)

*Topped up the rest with a few bottles of 100% coconut water to 15L
β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”-

Looking forwards to tasting it πŸ™‚
Have you tried turning it off and back on again?

If it’s broken, it might be my fault, is my responsibility and there is even a slight chance I can fix it 😳

Thinking about things - 4.5kg of sugar and 2 litres of water means 9litres or so of coconut water.
You would want it to be a special product for that much investment.

Help me out here.
What is it that you are describing as 'Coconut water'?

Sounds like you couldn't throw straight as a kid 😁

When you pop a coconut, juice or "water" runs out.

Tbh I did think, FFS that's going to be an expensive recipe. Followed by "is this just more Facetube shite"

Better off adding coconut flavour after mate. It will be cheaper and stronger.

The guy on FaceTube says he got 1ltr of spirit with an aftertaste of coconut.

Obviously not worth the effort

Not convinced (and $$$ to get there). It might be different if coconut milk is readily and cheaply available.
