Distilling water...wash your mouth out!

HI All,
i wanna make up a batch of distilled to cut my 60% distilate back with.

anyone know how much water i collect from the 4ltr input?

Sometimes mineral water can cause clouding in spirit apparently, not happened to me though. With the Smart/AirStill if you fill it with 4l of tap water and leave it going it should turn itself off when finished, unlike with alcohol where you shouldn't leave it unattended.
