should clearing be at a specific temp?

i thin kmy wash should stop bibling maybe tomorrow and I was going to put that turbo clear stuff in I wondered if it needs to be in a temp range like when its fermenting?

No, but it works faster if it's kept cool. With TurboKlar it takes about 24 hours at room temperature, without that it takes anything up to a couple of weeks. Colder is better though, the alcohol should prevent freezing even at pretty cold temperatures although it's unlikely you'll go that far!
