HI All,

ive just done a stripping run and poured the run into a DJ thats been left standing for a few weeks. I had a clean one standing by, but mixed em up.


Given the bottle contained 80% proof dregs and the rerun will pasturise the final spirit should i be worried about any germs in the finished article.

My stripping runs usually end up about 40% ABV. I doubt any nasties could live in that. My only concern would be if the dregs were something like rum or gin and I had added neutral strip to it, it may flavour e product, other wise I wouldn't sweat it.
