thinking of getting back into making beer.
looking to make something like abbot ale or speckled hen or mcewens champion no1 old peculiar
out of a tin
A glass of whisky in Scotland in the thirties cost less than a cup of tea.

I started with tins years back...I do all grain now...but they say the 2 tin kits are not bad these days...
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

if you are doing a three vessel brew and not a Braumeister - ignore the box. Mash at 66 for 90mins. barge as normal.
First hops after 15 minutes into boil (after snot break). Second hops 10 minutes before flame out.
