T 500 water flow control.

Hi all.
The following may well be covered somewhere within the T 500 pages, but for anyone who doesn't have the patience to sift through older posts I thought my 2 cents worth might be of some help.
The T 500 is lovely to use, very economical re water usage...handy for those who have restrictions. The water adjustment valve thingy though, while more accurate than a garden or kitchen tap is still a pain, 'cause it is still not precise enough.
If like myself, other newish users find it fiddly to adjust each time, might I suggest the fitting of a cheap garden ware type off/on fitting a convenient distance prior to the 'valve'.. A 'Y' fitting with individual stops is only a few dollars. It allows you to pretty much set and forget the fiddly valve adjustment, simply shut of the water supply to the valve. You can run your cleaning spray/tool from the second outlet.
This has saved me much messing about with the valve, which should be, but isn't fun to set. My still is some distance from the water supply tap, so this suggestion probably isn't of interest to some distillers. For those who wish a precise on/of water supply, it might be useful though.
Cheers.
