Choclate espresso bean infused alcohol???
Anyone ever experiment with chocolate espresso beans for infusing?

I did, but you need to check if the beans were infused with an essence oil to get the chocolate flavour.
The ones I used were and the oil kept separating and floating to the top.

Get actual cocoa nibs and some good quality coffee and go from there. Grind the coffee, don't use whole beans for the best flavour extractions. Delicious stuff. Don't drink just before bed!
