Hi guys, been an age since i posted anything, way back in
march i think.Had some major internal plumbing replacement
done that put things on hold for a while.I'm fine now and
getting back into the swing of things,a lot of catching up
to do because the kids cleaned me out of stock at xmas time.
They never took the bourbon that was aging,maybe something
to do with the oak staves floating around in the kilners,
prolly didn't look very tasty to them.''im kinda glad'' it
was one of my successful all grain brews. I'll post details
in the correct place when i find my notes.

Anyways enough waffling, just letting you know i'm back and
hope you all had a good time over the festive period.
