So I'm going to try what I read in booklet y'all sent me it says to collect everything until alcohol meter reaches 20%. Then I would have 1350ml diluted with 4,500 ml of water I'll have 13,500 ml of my first run then it say take 4,000 ml do spirit run with this collect 50 ml of fores then 250 of heads then 1000 of hearts but what I'm confused about is the stripping run it says collect until you reach 20% but graph shows when runs completed the run is 50% then add 4500ml of water how is it 50% when I stop collecting when I've reached 20% ?

Because what came off before was at a higher percentage. When all is mixed together it will average the stated percentage.
Maybe you need to re-read the guide.

So I'm out of triple distilled yeast I have just one nutrient pack left and bread yeast so do I add the nutrients with bread yeast?

If doing a plain sugar wash with the bread yeast, add the nutrient.
If you try Lentil or TP,don't bother.
Just my advice.
