Pyro - are you an east coaster then? Hmmm I may be closer than I thought.
If you fancy meeting up for a pint, distilling chat and a sample swap sometime give me a shout.

Hey Pyro,
How's that Brewhaus PSII going for you. Last I saw from you it had just arrived and I was hoping you'd post some nice pictures of it in operation?

Re: Edina Home Brew in Edinburgh
Thanks for the reply chaps
I rotate between Edinburgh and Fauldhouse but am in the process of planning my retirement to the deepest south west of Scotland, so beer is a possibility.
I have known Wee Davy for years, but his daughter has taken over the shop and Davy and his pall Ronny still help out most of the time. Davy and Ronny know their stuff and his daughter has a good business head, so this shop should go from strength to strength. I will try to get Davy to join the groop.
I did get the PD2 up and running but it was a lot of work, far too much for me at the moment as I am planning my wedding and finding a larger house in the S/W.
The house we are planning has a large garden and room for hens, which will keep the woman of the house happy, but there is a small stone built workshop, which has been earmarked for the PS2 and my other boy’s toys.
As I work from home I can easily manage 2 runs a day on the airstill, which will easily keep us going until we get the new setup in place.

Ah good stuff, I'm less than 20 mins away - if you fancy a pint one night give me PM - you sound busy with other life stuff - so no offence taken if not.

Yes plenty sweet corn down there, but from what I can see they don’t let it mature. Or maybe I just wasn’t in the right place at the right time.
I will send you a PM middle of next month and do that pint.
