Did a run today

Last week I turned 40+L of cran-grape wine into 11L of 43% low wines and added the feigns to my feigns jug. (10L of feigns at 55%)
Ran all that and 4L of RO water and got 16.5L airing out for a day or two.

Couple days airing and then do the cuts and bottle it. (how many gallons stored away makes you an alchy?) LOL!

Not a case of how many gallons you have stored away before being an alchy, more of a case of how many gallons you have stored away before you become a factory!
