Yes. JTM plumbing will do you a 1.5 or 3m length but it is 108mm so it is actually 4.25".
just in case you are interested in home build the SD brass or copper ferrules are designed for tube with an OD of 105mm. This just happens to be the ID of our 108mm tube.
what this means is that you can cut off a few inches of 108mm tube, make a vertical split and trim off a little bit. This makes a collar to slide inside the tube and into the ferrule. It will all braze or solder up nicely.
It also makes a slight ridge inside the tube to support a plate or packing retainer.

Obviously the other option is to slightly expand the copper tube, and fit the ferrule inside the tube. Not many folks have 4 inch expanders lying around though.
Whilst we are on this issue our 76mm tube is too small for the 3 inch ferrules, but a 76mm female coupling fits just fine!

Your nearest BSS will also have it (last time I checked, they had up to 247mm copper tube/pipe).
Only downside is that they aren't usually open on saturdays.
I didn't ask the minimum lengths either.
Ha ha! Myles's answers are better than mine. I can usually a decent fabrication job (OCD when doing stuff like that), but I don't have the tools available and always end up having to dig around or ask others who do.......

Re: 4" copper pipe
I measured out my 108mm copper for the flute tonight and cut it using a rigid 154 pipe cutter, also got the 76mm cut
in 2" long sections for the sight glasses, I've noticed
That the triclamp ferrule has a taper but the clamps have
no internal taper so I'm going to try some 3mm copper plate to make my ferrules if need be I can double these up ,I will take pics of my build and keep a wee diary for all to comment on and lend some advice.
