I don't know where to post this??
It's difficult to choose which section to use...you see I've done a brew today, in the BM.. but I've also done a strip run in the T500...but then I've used my old faithful Airstill...all at the same time...so I'm at a lost which way to turn
Yes all three on the go at the same time...I promised to take photos and here they are....
Mash in

Filling the T500.

Taking the first 150ml of the Airstill.

The 500 coming up

Running full bore.

Time for a Cappuccino

The chiller in...nearly finished

Dropping the brew into the bucket....it's now in the brew fridge.

I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Now,I am tempted to say "stop bragging",but really I'll say go for it!
You have the toys, use them to the best of your abilities.
And enjoy the fruits of your labours.
Slightly envious of the BM,but it is my decision to do without one,so no sour grapes from me.
Sour grape mash....
Anyone got a decent recipe?
Robert.

There is no ONE way.

Re: I don't know where to post this??
After joking about running the brew pot and still at the same time I got to thinking about it.
It's not to hard to do, the BM looks after itself once you've started it....except to push the odd button when the buzzer sounds.
The 500 and airstill both on a strip run will also run without to much fiddling...
I would never entertain trying to do the same with the still on a spirit run.
I finished up with a brew in the fridge, 4.1/2 L from a sugar/dark grain wash...and the airstill I run with some ale I'd made a while back and wanted to see what I'd get from the ale.
All in all I enjoyed it.
great fun.
