T500 20mm BSP adapter - a warning
Hi all,
Went to use my still the other day, connected up the pipework OK and was just running a test of the flow rate when I heard a funny hissing noise under the counter. It got louder and then stopped - when I investigated, I found water spraying out everywhere. After investigation, this is what I found:

As you can see, the adapter has well and truly given up the ghost!
I suspect I may have overtightened it and caused it to be stressed - there was a bit of an intial leak so I nipped it up with a pipe wrench and that might have been too much for it. Just a warning for people, be careful with it because it isn't indestructible!
