Ez Filter
Hi Short ,
Didnt see this post, I have both EZ filter and Essencia and Z filter. I am running a batch later this week through my new EZ filter, Ill post my finding on here, but I can tell you now that in my eyes, the essencia is really good quality, and gives good results, bad side is: I make a batch every few months and by the time I go to use the essencia again it has discoloured and looks a little \"dodgy\" to me, therfore I end up having to buy a new ceramic filter and carbon filter and messing around with running my spirit through without diluting it too much with the water in the filter from priming it. Hope this helps.

Ez Filter
Yes! Bottleofrum, it helps substancially. I hate the mess of the ----Z thing cant get my head or anything around it.Its not that I am not good with my hands either. I am going to get the EZ good as the Essencia is and I have no doubt about the guys who have far more experience than me who exualt it but the off putting thing is the filter replacements and the prices. Being crude, when your pissed who gives a turd about the taste if there is indeed any. I have only done two runs and can drink what I have made quite easily without any filtering. I have just made a filter from a plumbing pipe and coffee filters so will be trying that out on my next shift and see if it makes any difference to the brew taste. To sum up I will definately get the EZ for Crimble. Cheers thx for the post

Hi Short.
A good place I bought my EZ filter was from this site: www.homebrewcentregy.com.
Included is one solid activated carbon cartridge.
Hope this helps.
