Black Tea Whiskey
I have been experimenting with infusion whiskey's.
Here is a simple but very nice recipe.
In a Passata or mason jar combine....
70 cl 40% (kale or wheat)
2g wild black tea
1tsp sugar (or honey)
1 oak domino
Taste at day 3-4 day. Filter through coffee paper.
Enjoy.
P.S The black tea, made up in the good ol'fashioned way with boiling water makes a brilliant hot drink which smells and tastes a bit like an AG mash.

Re: Black Tea Whiskey
Looks like you are in a crowd of one.
I do believe in trying new stuff, but evaluate the cost and effort, against expected result, and this one did not float my boat.
Good luck with it.
There are other known products of known taste profiles commanding my attention right now.
Robert.

There is no ONE way.
