flavourings?
Have used Still spirits flavourings for a good while and recently used prestige and now am confused as have come across Essencia flavourings but not tried them yet.
Still spirits I like especially mixed with there bases
Prestige I find a bit too sweet but guess if I wanted to make them into a cream liquer I could just replace the sugar with the eazibase cream mix BUT can i go one further and use evap milk and if so whats the procedure and how much to add and do i still mix the sugar in as per on the flavouring bottles?
Still new at this hobby but learning a lot from reading the postings.

flavourings?
I use a 410grm tin of evaporated milk with the prestige Irish cream, and only add a third of the amount of sugar suggested on the essence bottle,I tried the easibase but it was terrible IMO and tasted nothing like cream, wierd infact I ended up throwing what was left of the bottle of easibase.

flavourings?
Hey,
SS flavourings IMO are generally OK but I prefer the Prestige ones as a general statement. Very dissapointed with my foray into Essencia flavourings. Again IMO (humble at that) they are not a patch on the other 2, especially the gin!
