A friend bought me this kit ages ago, thought ill make it up and see how

it is. Big mistake, yuk yuk yuk. Now I have 4ltrs of strong wine to get rid off,

Anyone fancy a free vodka coke?? ....Please.

my HB shop gave me a prohibition coconut rum kit that is just out of date to try,so hope this turns out better,but seeing as its a freebie ive nothing to lose apart from a bit of sugar and time.

The easy answer is run it through the still.

as bluecap says just run it through your still,if you have a decent sg ie 12-14% or more mix with 1ltr water and do 2 2.1/2 ltr runs you should get about 1-1,1/4 ltrs 55%/60%. alan
