Wheat beer.

Discussion about the making of non-distilled alcoholic drinks

Wheat beer.

Postby Icefever » Sun Sep 25, 2016 12:56 pm

Now my BM has been neglected for far too long... :'( I've just put an order into Malt Miller for the following...
Wheat malt
Pilsner malt
Tettnang hops (4.2 % alpha)
1 packet Safbrew WB06 yeast.

A wheat beer...but I thought I didn't like wheat beer, that was until I tried a bottle or two at a party... :o why do we think or say we don't like something when we haven't even tried it???

What have I been missing out on all these years??? fingers crossed I don't fu*k it up then.. :D :D
I tried to be normal once, worst two minutes of my life.

Of all the beautiful things in the world, only man can invent boredom

Blue Moon is a very smooth wheat beer.
Like all wheat beers they are cloudy
full of flavour and quite strong :) :)
Rather have a full bottle in front of me
