Wheat beer.
Now my BM has been neglected for far too long...
I've just put an order into Malt Miller for the following...
Wheat malt
Pilsner malt
Tettnang hops (4.2 % alpha)
1 packet Safbrew WB06 yeast.
A wheat beer...but I thought I didn't like wheat beer, that was until I tried a bottle or two at a party...
why do we think or say we don't like something when we haven't even tried it???
What have I been missing out on all these years??? fingers crossed I don't fu*k it up then..

Re: Wheat beer.
Blue Moon is a very smooth wheat beer.
Like all wheat beers they are cloudy
full of flavour and quite strong
