Everything i make with an essence sits in the cupboard for at LEAST a week, whether its top shelf, classic or any other brand of essence.

I have a few 4.5L bottles on pouring cradles that are filled and leaving them for as long as i can,as long as the booze cabinet is stocked i wont be touching them.

the orignal range isnt worth it, altho economical your seriously better off drinking the alco unflavoured ... would taste better
but back to the point, the Classic flavourings are the best but must leave it to infuse, tip i have found is using motion and oxygen to speed up the process
note sure if you have the SS profile kits in the UK but blending 12ml of SS mellow oak with the 2.25L of Classic Tennessee Bourbon is incredible and very smooth, still warming my taste buds to the Classic Finest Reserve Whiskey, slowly but surely
