The specifics you want are Biotin, Pantothenic acid & Thiamine.

Biotin - Increased cell viability
Pantothenic acid - Reduces sulphide production and volatile acidity. Think PH swing.
Thiamine - Increases cell replication and mass. So increases fermentation speed and is rapidly absorbed at the start of ferment.

Vitamin b complex tablets may have all three. :) :)

I have gone onto using a little Olive oil in 25l and a glug in 350 litres.
When I use olive oil there is never any residue or trace. Something has used it.

cheers mash, may have a go at some in tablet form if they contain all three ,may crush a couple of tabs in a wash .just priced up some wheat locally £4 for 20kg !! now that's cheap..
found these tablets they contain all 3 and a few more, how many crushed into a wash do you think ?

I bet all these B vits are present in Kale
Rather have a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy

I'm not wanting to knock anyone's neutral wash.
I would wager these vitamins are available in all the currently used washes that users swear by.
Whatever works for you is good by me.
I add a bit of DAP because I can, and because it works for me, Oh and a splash of Epsom salts.
Life is a bagatelle.

What I meant was put your Kale in as usual and you are hoping for a
wheaty flavour to come through.

Yeah that's the right price for wheat.
I would crush and use two tablets per wash.

Don't expect a wheaty flavour this is a neutral recipe.

Is the basic animal /chicken feed grade of wheat ok for human consumption ?
i know its getting distilled so i presume its ok.....
its easy to get and very cheap compared to health shop versions of organic kind costing 4 times as much.

Not to steal anything from this thread ninj, have you looked thru topics here and found Teddy's Fast Fermenting Vodka?

Might be of interest to you?
IMHO can't be used for neutral tho'. Wheat comes across even after a couple of reflux passes.
I seldom take myself seriously....

It should be as safe as houses, I would certainly expect so.

Feed wheat is not unfit for human consumption.

It is a protein grading not a quality grading.

I make bread with it.
