I like the Prestige versions of Absinthe. One of the few flavourings that I like. Mind you, I have never tasted commercial aka "real" Absinthe, perhaps that is why I like them.

Alcotec Dark Rum is really good
Prestige Caribbean rum I was not so knee on (bit too much vanilla type taste for me)
Prestige Italiano hotshot is a nice sweet one as is their '45' essence

Forgot to mention in last post also tried the new S/S Top shelf port, seems very smooth and tastes nice, although I have never tasted port before, so I dont know what I am comparing it with really it would be good to ear if it does taste like port, but what the heck its booze and its tasty

Top marks from me for Alcotec's Top Up Black Sambuca.
I also have their White Sambuca, Triple Sec and Irish Cream to make so will let you know what they turn out like.

The caramel vodka added to a cup of coffee makes a very nice drink.

Two flavours that I don't know, caramel vodka and Cherry Bourbon.
I am going to have to find time to to try them.

Prestige white choc 'cacao' was surprisingly nice 8/10
Prestige mandarin - nasty and bitter even after sugar was added (worked okay in orange juice though).
Prestige JAKT - now I don't like Jagermeister but I made this for a friend to me it tasted nicer but not much like Jager so I'll wait and see what my friend says and report back
