Porridge oats
Anyone any idea if porridge oats would be any good in a wash for nutrients?
Just asking as they are dirt cheap

Always give the hardest job to the laziest person because they will always find the easiest way to do it.

They work, but lentils seem to be better.

Re: Porridge oats
Historially, people around the world made alcohol out of what was available. Scotland has always had oats but they are not used in the production of whiskey. I used to know why but can't remember.
Would make a hell of a mess anyway.
