Re: What I Did Today
I am currently busy making jams, chutneys,Piccalilli, Damson Vodka, and Gin to use for Sloe gin.
Plus the usual, or unusual neutral.
The unusual being using Leatherman's yeast, almost fermented out now.
And trying to earn a wage.
And the days just seem to get shorter.
Where does time go?
Robert.

Indeed, my hat is off to this man!
I just haven't had the time to mash that much.
Maybe over the long, dark winter months?
Robert.

Re: What I Did Today
I have just returned from a weekend of feasting and drinking up in Edinburgh. On the Saturday I got an invite to join one of the members of the The Scotch Malt Whisky Society for a night at their club in Queens Street. Cost a bloody fortune, but it is only once a year so I can’t complain. Some of the whiskeys were over 60%, rather explosive for me, but what a great night. Definitely a taxi home job.
