Flobbly chickens are much funnier.

I'm catching up on all that went on while I had other things to do....I love this low sugar recipe R.

What's the jam faired like over the last 6 months??? or have you eaten it? :D :D

Nope, it looks and tastes just as good,(didn't moulder,maybe more brown than red now) but apparently should be called butter not jam.

Last years Strawberry butter is still holding it's own,
I am now making this years, 3 or 4 pounds of berries being picked daily.
It is pretty good eaten with natural Yoghurt.
With Creme fraiche and cream is also good.
