This is the path I have decided to take. Time to try and get my head round the power regulator stuff I suppose. ???

Another rum i have grown to love is kraken rum. It is spiced with cinnamon, clove, and ginger. I want to try a 1 gallon batch. Not sure on a good ratio of each. Im estimating by the time i run the rum, im going to have about a 32 oz jar of good stuff. How much of each should i add to infuse?
