nice prezzie PJB.
I would say use your AS for Gin.
If your going to infuse look up
Odins Recipe its either in Recipe
section or the AS section.
I have a T500, great for Vodka and
neutral spirit, but always use As
for gin 2ltr batches.
Make yourself a Sputnik for the As
its fantastic :)
Rather have a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy

You have the perfect Gin setup now. T500 for a good neutral and then a sputnik in the AS.

If you don;t get what you want - back in the T500.

Happy New Gin !

You don't need that much juniper.
Corriander seed is a must.
There are recipes on here that people have tried, have fun!

Only to try a few recommended recipes before adjusting to your own thoughts/tastes.
They may or may not work.
If they don't, simply redistill them to "lose" some of the unwanted flavour.
My own Gins recently have not been good.
When time allows I will try some more.

This is a delicate gin we like..

13 g juniper berries.
8 g coriander seeds
5g Bitter Orange
1g Angelica (large pitch)
0.1g orris root (small pinch)

1 L 40% neutral (to get 75cl to 50%)
1 L water

2 hours - bingo. Standing for a couple of days improves
