Experiences with making peach brandy???

Im not doubting any of this. I think fresh peaches and canned peaches both taste drastically different. I jist think its weird that a guy had success with them and says he got plenty of peach flavor from it.

Not everyone that posts online is telling the truth, don't ask me why.

I think you really have to add your flavours
after stillin' just like adding oak for flavour.

As kinda mentioned, I think the best, most natural flavours are created pre-distill and added back in post distill. I certainly cheat with essences etc, just as I cheat with dried spices in cooking, but that says all we need to know about my sense of taste and smell.

I mentioned adding dunder (rum), backset (whiskey) but couldn't and can't think of the right term for brandy. I still (pun intended) think I'm right.

I too cheat where I can.
Where I have discovered that I can't, then I go the long way around.

I think the base premise for this thread was that someone, somewhere, claimed to have made Peach Brandy from a can of peaches.
