Soooo excited

Postby injuneer » Fri May 11, 2012 4:22 pm

Hello all, I was in my local HB shop last Saturday, just buying wine supplies. He offered me a small glass of SS Classic Single Malt made through an Airstill. Wow, I was so impressed, 6 days later my brand new Airstill is patiently sitting in the kitchen waiting for the first batch of wash which is happily bubbling away. I can't wait (but will though) for my first distilling day. I think the chances of success are greatly improved with all the useful info on this site. Thanks, Injuneer.
