Just to double check- could you not see the recipe AT All before I updated yesterday? ???

I was aware of your original, with a couple of washes in mind I was looking to see your latest update. That update was completely dead, no recipe.

Mashy, how about juicing the raw kale and making an extract that hasn't had the goodness all boiled out from it?

Went to Morrison's for some Kale... nil stock, asked the helpful chap at customer service and he said they sell out every day... last three weeks have seen a monster peak in Kale sales...

So I wonder who else is making wash in my neck of the woods :)

What does juicing involve?

I've recently been advised by my Doctor o have a dietary adjustment as I have (apparently) a vitamin B12 deficiency..... WHAT?

Don't exhibit, my wife and I have decided, any of the symptoms as advised by the good Doctor.

But what the hell, we'll play the silly game. So purchased one of those 'Bullet Blitz' thingies to give me a green boost a couple of times a week. Jury is out, but I'd hate to seen the clearing process of a wash if juicing is what I suspect it might be.

Boiling is simple and, with respect to the other question, haven't found washes lacking any vigour from so doing......

The purpose is exactly to boil the goodness out of it - and then use that boiled out goodness.

Juicing is where kale washes started. You the have a bugger of a wash to clear before Stillin.

My old mum used to boil green veg. for a week, and then claim that all the goodness was in the water.

Exactly... my mum made the gravy with the cabbage water so we wouldn't get rickets.

First Kale wash

I thought I had discovered purest green (Blackadder) but after a comfortable night we have brightened up a bit, first time using bakers yeast (from Conrad our local baker) a bit slow to get cracking but now burping away contentedly.
