Another of my ugly efforts but it's not for resale and it tests ok. The free stuff was from my junk pile.
Project Case: Free
Mains Socket, back box and plug: Free
1 metre of 2.5mm 3 core Rubber Mains cable: £4.19
Heatsink: £5.98
Heatsink compound: £0.99
Power control module, 4kw: £31.54
Sugru: £6.50 (half a pack)
80mm mains fan: £12.99
Total: £62.19
I learned that Sugru in the wrong place is very good at stopping a fan from running.
