I finally figured out how to post a picture so I\'m showing my Label.
Anybody else use labels for their bottles?

OPUS! Awesome!
\"only available to selected friends of the producers\" I like that line...I might have to \"borrow\" it for my labels. hehehe

Nice work opus what software do you use to make them?,at the moment i just use the label templates from www.freelabelmaker.com but after seeing yours would like to make some,i to like the line \"only available to the select friends of the producers\" think quite a few of us will be using that one ,if its royalty free lol.

Sorry put this on the wrong thread originally
Hi Optic
Being a keen photographer I use Photoshop a lot so it\'s pretty easy to knock up labels.
As for using my lines or my labels everbody welcome.

I used to make labels but now I simply fill retail bottles. E.g. if it’s a malt whisky bottle then I fill it with a still spirits malt whisky etc.
I stopped playing with my smart still months ago in favour of my reflux. I hate to say it, but for what I do the reflux is better and I don\'t need to do it so often !
The last two look like you have used Photoshop’s clone tool to airbrush out text and replace it with your own. A good effort though all the same...

Not been around for some time. I thought I might resurrect this thread with a picture of my own of my labels.
I use a wash made from spray dried malt and sugar.
Age it with oak chips, then store in an 5g oak barrel, running off a bottle as and when needed.
Cheers,
