£0.46 a bag :-)




They also sell 25kg sacs even cheaper per kilo but there's no measuring when it's in small bags

I've just bought the same at the weekend. I initially went to get 5kg, saw the 15 bags and picked them up. I did hover around the 25Kg bag but decided against it.

Pound Stretcher selling 1Kg bags of sugar 49p

i went into my local pound stretcher and it was still on at 49p/kg
so i got a trolly and loaded up with 30kg went to the till only to be told
that it was only 6 bags/6kg per customer ffs,i felt a right tool,so i took 6 out
went thru the till and told lass il leave the trolly here (and in my arnie schwartzanegger voice) il be back,bloody 5 times i went thru the till and there was
no queue what so ever,now this will keep me going for a bit

My local Lidl still doing sugar at 59p/Kg.
But I'm shamelessly hijacking this thread to say that my local Tesco are still doing 125g tins of Allinson's yeast at 77p,and 3 for 2,every little helps as they say.
