Custom Gin?

Not sure if this is the right section, but i was wondering if anyone has tried making custom gins? I want to try adding pineapple to the boiler along with the juniper berries and coriander.

Here's a seive I bought from Sainsbury's it will fit nicely inside the Airstill one the handle has been removed.

Nah, I see a Lunk as a supporter of the Luddite movement.

If you Google "Lunk" it seems to refer to over dedicated bodybuilders. Which some gyms seem to discourage.

The temptation to use the word "jims" was present but I fought it off.

However 'Lunk' could be a good name for a gin.

Better go and do some spreadsheets my brain needs something to do
