Re: Welcome to the forums!
Just joined the forum so thought I would say hello.
I've been making wine for years and recently inherited an Air Still. Not something I would ever have bought myself, but now I have it I'm having a go.
I've made a couple of tomato paste washes and double distilled the results guided by the very useful information I've found here - so thanks for that.

Hi Phil
Welcome to our forum.
The Airstill is a great bit of kit,
many members on here produce very
high quality drinks of all types
with the Airstill. I use mine to
make Gin and small test batch runs.
Its a great tool, have a good read
and ask questions, you will get
full support and advise here.

Thanks for the welcome.
I should say I'm quite pleased with the Air Still - The reason I would never have bought one myself is that I don't drink that much spirit, however it might solve all my Christmas present problems!

Hi mate and welcome!
Sorry to miss you sliding to fourth base there, you came in under the radar...
The T500 questions will probably be best answered reading that section of the site, or asking there.
The essences, assumimg that you don't have a local HBS are possibly best sourced from the bay for still spirits brand, or Amazon for bulk buy Prestige brand.
The flavour section here will offer some advice.

Re: Welcome to the forums!
Hello and thank you. I acquired an Air still last year from a friend who emigrated abroad and after doing my first few spirit runs as per instructions by still spirits was totally un impressed with the results. Was going to stick it on ebay or in the bin but then discovered this site and double distilling method and oh my god what a difference. Needless to say I'm hooked and absolutely love the hobby and thanks again for all the help and advice.
