Alcotec Single Strain Whisky Yeast

Has anyone had experience with this yeast. if so how did you get on with it, what final SG could I expect.

Hey Opus might be a little late, you may have already tried it, but i used it with an allbran and DME wash (26ltrs) and it finished out at .092 yet to try it on grains. will be soon. hope it helps.

Not tried it yet but planning to do a maris otter whole grain mash at the weekend (42 Litres) so will use two sachets. I'll post the results as they happen.
