Biona Organic Amaranth/Quinoa Rye Bread 500G that's the one i used.

Been given some grade "A", whatever that means
Maple Syrup. Added some, 5ml per litre to some
dark Rum I made in March. Yummm !!
Just a thought Robbo a little drop might suit
your Whiskey.

or mixer loosens the knicker elastic very well
in my experience. Have a 38Y.O. nurse who likes
to try my experiments, just keep her away from
