Yes!....and "her" username...."donttellmyhusband"!
In one of his videos, he mentions being in Panama on an archeological job.....I guess he may not be your garden variety undertaker!

Nice find Domasj. I never knew there was a mini boiler for T500. Also interesting that they are using turbo6 yeast/nutrient and carbon filtering.

Google up lostspirits.net and have a gander on youie for their vids.
Apparently even have a patent out for re-thinking the aging process for getting drinkable hooch in no time at all. Seems to involve glass container, raw spirit, oak scratchings - bombard with strong light and voila.....
Nuking by other means comes to mind

I will use the time not wasted in looking at the posts you elude to to say that your description was good enough to save me wasting my time!
Thanks mate, I tapped this instead, and yes it sounds like Nuking to me.

Ralfy has become a major Guru to me. I had maybe four or five bottles of Scotch whiskies six or seven years ago when I stumbled across my first "Malt Moment". My "library" of Scottish whisky has grown to WELL over a hundred unique bottles distilled north of Hadrian's wall. Ralfy is a national treasure! He makes me proud of my Scottish heritage. I very much look forward to his posts. Ralfy.com is worth your time to check out.
Ralfy has yet to let me down, I trust his taste in whisky.

Found this another day. Maybe it will be useful for someone. And maybe old professionals can comment on this video? How accurate it is and etc?

Most interesting thing about George is that he is no longer in the business
He started out with a whoosh and a roar, made a lot of vids all well worth viewing, IMO.
Covered lots of angles including electrickery and horror
distilling.
Pretty personable guy, responded well to YT comments; then he suddenly slowed down in a big way.
I guess anyone can run out of things to say but he was so up-front that I wondered at the outset how he got away with it when all those horrible Revenue men lurk behind every tree out in the boonies. Or at least that's the angle they flog over on the HD site.
Thought maybe one of the Revenuers got tired of his tree and took a walk downtown

Re: Best and worst youtube videos
I did watch that.
I may do it a little differently, but I would buy that man a drink.
There are various reasons for dissapearing from the interwebs.
Given the general ages of folk involved in this hobby (at least the ones I know), health or just a feeling that you are wasting your time are probably the top two here.
Robert.

Quite right Robert...
I see tho' in the Malted Barley thread that you may have come up against what slowed him down...

I'm sure that I will regret it, but I will bite.

'I used to find these guys good for Malt.
But these days they seem to ask questions about peated malts for distilling.
They cheerfully sell sacks of others'.
Perhaps I'm just overly suspicious even tho' I have no need to be where I am resident

Not sure if this video was here before. Not sure is it best or worst, but unforgettable.
