Tactical Nuclear Penguin is a 32% Uber Imperial Stout

You would need a 50lt braumeister just to fit the 13kg of grain in for 20 litres of beer!!

Interestingly they recomend freezing the beer and draing off the liquid a few times in order to get the alcohol percentage high enough!!

I've just edited my last post after re-reading it, they recomend freezing to get the higher percentage alcohol.

Ahhh so it's apple jack only with stout. I've often wondered whether freeze jacking was better than stripping runs both in terms of flavour & time/energy, I have no space for a second freezer of that size though
