Still Spirits honey bourbon.
need to sweeten to your own taste,
per bottle i have been adding 50g sugar
instead of 80g and dessert spoon of honey
and half teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Works for me. ;D

Still Spirits Icon Butterscotch Schnapps is absolutely gorgeous.

The label on the pouch peels off so you can stick it on your bottle.

Not cheap, but very easy and top quality

I'm guessing that liking butterscotch is a pre-requisite, so don't see this one working for me :)

Yes I didn't buy it, it was a
pressie but it seems to do what
it says on the tin !!
You have to fill with cold water
1st, just like a barrel cause they
leak. But ageing happens fast.

SS Apple Brandy made a bottle with 45%
neutral for a mate. Asked him to give it
a couple of days or so B4 trying. He said
it was horrid, then tried a week later.
Now he wants another said the difference
was incredible.

Not sure if this is the right thread to drop this but I hit upon a website that sells flavorings for the confectionery trade. They have hundreds of flavors at around £8 for 100mls. I bought a Gin and promptly put in 15 mils. POW! way too much - had to dilute my 750 mil bottle with 3 others. I settled on 5mls per 750ml bottle. Which means my £8 investment will make 20 bottles.

Since then Ive also tried Pink Gin, Scotch Whiskey and Bacardi. All but the whiskey are good.

I also got some Smoke flavoring from them which I only need 2 drops per bottle. I use this with the whisky which makes it more bourbon like.

All the flavorings are colorless so for the Whisky / Bourbon I add a little red and green natural food coloring powder until it looks the right shade of brown.

They are also available on Amazon sold by Cupcake World.
