Ok let's start I've just done a basic gin on my airstill now what im doing now with the spent water in the airstill is I'm making a mulled spice gin now i don't no how it will come out but hear goes I'm using 18g of allspice,dried orange peel,ground cinnamon,cloves, nutmeg then 12g juniper berries and 3g of corriander seeds and 1 litre of 40% so time will tell i will post the results.

If the water in the boiler is "spent", why not toss it out.

Ok update i got about 600mls before knocking it off at around 60abv was ok flavour wise i think next time I'd do it with fresh water and what the differences are.
