Maybe not enough Kale juice, but try crushing a vit B
table into a little sterile/bottled water and stir in
then have a wait.
Rather have a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy

Hope it works for you. Our water here in London
is so hard I never suffer from Ph problems.

Sometimes mine get stuck this time of year as the air temp drops in my workshop, even though the the workshop has a gas heater and bins are heated and well insulated. What I do is give it a stir, let it almost settle, drop a flat teaspoon of bicarb in and put the lid on and make sure the damn thing is airtight. You might want to up the temp to 30 as well and see how it goes ;)

Best of luck.
If I wanted patience, i'd have trained to be a doctor.

Stop messing and do a recovery.

Make a simple 1 litre starter.
Once it's going well, add 1 litre of the stuck ferment to the starter.
Once that's going well, repeat doubling the volume each time with stuck ferment.

To be rwaly sure use k1v1116
