Spiced Rum

Postby Jimmy » Fri Aug 20, 2010 7:37 pm

I\'ve been getting into spiced rum of late, or more specifically my other half has! Favourite so far is Lambs, followed by Sailor Jerry and then Morgan\'s Spiced.
Has anyone found an essence that gets anywhere near these, or tried to spice anything themselves?

Spiced Rum

Prestige Spice Rum is a very good copy of Morgans. My mum loves Morgans Spice Rum and couldn\'t beleive my Spice Rum was home made. I haven\'t tried the real thing but the Prestige makes a nice smooth rum. I suggest, Jimmy, you give it a try.

Well Optic, I think the Classic VSOP is good and it sells well. I sell a lot of the Top Shelf French Brandy, probably on price though. Prestige do a special brandy which is quite good too. Have the tried the Still Spirits Classic Brandy also?
