Passing the time during a spirit run

What do you guys do while doing a long slow spirit run?

I do the run in my kitchen and can't see the TV from where I watch the still. And I do tend to watch the thing like a hawk during the run.

So it's either listen to the tv ir watch it on the tablet.

Or surf the net and spend too much on eBay.

Since her indoors fecked off I tend to set up in the kitchen rather than the garage these days so I like to chuck a fire in the fire pit, crank up the stereo & invite a couple of mates round. I'm sure winter will soon put a stop to most of that soon & I'll go back to smoking a million fags with music on

I admit to forgetting that part of your story Benoit.

For me it is always brewing and distilling to music or TV.
Not preaching, but try and find a way off the fags.
Returning to them messed me up good and proper.
I had been off them for three years, but a brief two year re-start dalliance, followed by another two and a half years away seems to have totally fucked up my lung capacity.
I have been a total self harming twat.
I deserve no sympathy, but hope that one less person than I walks the same road.
I now want to slap everyone that I see with a cigarette. >:(
