Hop Gin anyone ?

Postby Mash » Tue May 23, 2017 1:38 pm

Has anyone done any hop gin's yet.

I have a few bits n pieces left over from beer recipes and thought this just might work.

That is an interesting one mate.
I have been neglecting Gins recently and need to give them more thought.
I don't currently have time for this one though.
I am sure that you will keep us in the loop.

I really like the hoppy notes of cascade. Might run a basic recipe and just add some to gauge the difference.

other one that might fit the bill is citra hop.
Very fruity and aromatic.
Yes Easydrinker its that time of year when the
Ginnyfowl gather in small groups, now they talk
about different Gins and flavoured tonics.
Rather have a full bottle in front of me
than a full frontal lobotomy

Around these parts, to the sounds of rooks returning to the nests.
It is a quaint thing.
Both the Rooks and the Ginnyfowl. :)
