Too bad, that's what I've announce here in this thread on 16th November, and changed the next day as it obviously looked a little too much like unsolicited advertisement. But how could you overlook the newletter image button in the upper part to the right of our mainpage?
You can still sign up for our newsletter using the e-mail entry box in the lower part on our website to get your welcome voucher, which is valid till 31/12/2014 though, in case you need some more supplies before the end of the year.

Dang, those torpedos travel fast

I'm sorry that you missed your voucher opportunity, but your parcel is already prepped and will be picked up later today.

Re: What I Did Today
Anyone ever tried "Peat Reek"? I have the methodology stowed away somewhere...
Found it somewhere online a while ago
I am back on the seasonal mole trapping for neighbouring farms, currently tramping over hills of pure peat.
I can't carry enough home to dry and use as fuel, but fancy doing something with a few bucketfulls.
Just interested to know if it works well.
Robert.

Re: What I Did Today
Today,
I made a banana and honey toastie,
Beat up an egg and dunked the toastie in it,
Fried the egg soaked toastie,
Dribbled Maple Syrup over it.
Then I made another one.

Re: What I Did Today
Yesterday. I stripped the last of my four 26 litre wash's, 2 x vodkastar, 1 pearl barley experiment and this one was my simple sugar with nothing more than some DAP and a PH balance after a few days, got 23 litres of strip now
I also used my new power meter I got off ebay, it works well showing exactly the power used as I adjust the power controller to my boiler, it also showed it costs me 70p in electric to strip a wash down to 30% based on setting 11p / kWh.
I also cleaned out two corni kegs that have been gathering dust (and spiders) one to use for feints and the other for excess good neutral, I've decided any neutral I've got left by the time I do my next spirit run (which will be most of my last batch) will go into this keg, then when it's full, I'll do a second full spirit run with it, see what improvement can be gained by running it twice through my reflux column having already made cuts and filtered the first time and doing it all again I'm expecting something much better quality.
Then I took the misses to watch the new hunger games followed by an all you can eat Chinese buffet in Blackpool mmmm

@ Anavarin;You don't say if it is yours,or your child's,-i.e.Dad or Grandad,either way,I hope it goes well.
@ Brian; That sounds good but not healthy.Type two Diabetes,Cholesterol and all the other rubbish we are now supposed to care about.
I admit that I often cook myself Bacon and eggs for breakfast five days of the week.
I am not a pot calling a kettle.
Just someone that lost my sweet-tooth years ago, without trying.
I'm sure that I still take in excess calories, just in a more savoury, not sweet kind of way.
Robert.

Best wishes to the child's mother, you're just a bystander at this stage
Hope all goes really well.
Seeing as you're one of us you'll have something clean and decent to wet the baby's head with when you get him home
Congratulations

Re: What I Did Today
A fairly busy evening for me regarding the hoochie koochie.
Living in a small space and xmas visitors due,a little tidying up.
Decided to let down and bottle the two LME's sitting in demi-johns;poked a few bits of Oak staves into the bottles to prolong any process still ongoing. It is not that good currently, but drinkable.
Bottled the last six litres of Something Comforting, each one varies, this I think left too long macerating.
Used up the last of my SS essences making some mixable spirits for the "Rum and coke" brigade.
Poured an awful lot of "neutral" through the Essencia.
Got another lentil/yellow split pea wash going.
And already it is tomorrow.
Life really is too short.
Robert.
